Cape Fear Rising is an active 6-to-7-piece indie fusion band based in Wilmington. Formed around lead singers Nate Lorenz and Landon McClellan with ties to Cape Fear Community College (CFCC), the group blends California’s chill reggae energy with East Coast soulful grooves, rap, funk, and alternative rock.
